La Carica delle 101 is a non-profit, apolitical, and independent initiative, it does not sell products or services, it does not ask for membership fees except from its board members, and it is supported by the pro-bono professional contribution of its members and those who support it.

* Those who wish to carry out their work in favour of La Carica delle 101, do so on a voluntary basis, without claiming any reward in any form (including the possibility of promoting their business activities).

* By joining La Carica delle 101, you undertake to mentor at least half of the Outsiders' Inns held in the reference year.

* By joining La Carica delle 101, you undertake to carefully assess every professional and associative behaviour’s impact on the whole community and on the initiative.

 * All information and materials regarding start-ups that will be provided during the Outsiders' Inns and their preparation are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.

 * Networking within the Community is one of the initiative's purposes and it is encouraged, but no fundraising, promotional or commercial actions (e.g., sending emails, newsletters, invitations, etc.) are allowed to Community individuals who have not provided their contacts directly.

* La Carica delle 101 may promote events, initiatives, videos, podcasts, and publications provided which it finds useful to the community, but only if they are provided free of charge and if the space dedicated to the presentation of the organisation which proposes it takes up no more than 5% of the total time or space.

 * La Carica delle 101 Board of Directors may act against those who violate this code of conduct.
